1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or utilizing any services provided by Alpha Stockradar (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and access trading or portfolio features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, Google login, and phone verification codes.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated personal information in your investor profile.
• You may not use another individual's account without authorized consent.

3Market Data, Stock Feeds & Accuracy

Market quotes, technical indicators, corporate balance sheets, and RSS news feeds are sourced from publicly available exchanges (NSE, BSE), verified financial aggregators (Moneycontrol, Economic Times), and broker API gateways. While we strive to provide real-time and error-free market information:

• Data feeds may be subject to network latency, market delays, or third-party outages.
• Alpha Stockradar does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability or complete mathematical accuracy of external data feeds.
• Users must conduct independent due diligence before executing real capital transactions.

4Connected Broker Accounts (OAuth Integrations)

When connecting third-party brokerages (such as Zerodha Kite Connect, Groww, Angel One, Upstox):

• Authentication occurs directly through the broker's official OAuth gateway. Alpha Stockradar never sees, stores, or transmits your brokerage trading password or MPIN.
• Order execution or portfolio synchronization is governed by your agreement with your respective registered stockbroker.
• You can disconnect any linked broker account at any time from your Profile Settings.

5Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct

All proprietary quantitative algorithms, screeners, UI components, branding, graphics, and Alpho AI response formats are the intellectual property of Alpha Stockradar. You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or systematically extract data from our APIs without prior written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent security controls, authentication mechanisms, or server rate-limits.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or distribution of spam, malicious scripts, or misleading stock recommendations.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Alpha Stockradar, its founders, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, capital loss, trading loss, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
