• Platform Activity: Custom stock watchlists, screener presets, stock ticker views, and active session engagement metrics.
• Technical Metadata: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and anonymous telemetry to maintain platform reliability.

• To provide real-time market data, portfolio health audits, and custom screener execution.
• To deliver optional price breakout notifications, quarterly earnings updates, and WhatsApp / SMS alerts (only upon explicit OTP verification).
• To power conversational AI queries through our Alpho AI market copilot.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent bot attacks, illegal scraping, or unauthorized account access.

3Broker Tokens & Cloudinary Storage

We adhere to strict zero-knowledge security principles for external integrations:

• Broker Connect (Zerodha Kite, etc.): Access tokens received via OAuth are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. We never store trading passwords or PINs.
• Cloudinary Media Assets: Profile avatar pictures and blog featured media are stored securely on Cloudinary's global CDN infrastructure.

4Data Security & Storage Architecture

Your personal data and portfolio configurations are stored securely on Google Firebase Cloud infrastructure with multi-zone redundancy, strict Firestore security rules, and 256-bit AES encryption at rest. We conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with modern cybersecurity standards.

5Your Rights under DPDP Act

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you have the right to:

• Access and review all personal data linked to your account.
• Modify or correct your display name, username, bio, and mobile number at any time via Profile Settings.
• Request complete permanent deletion of your account, watchlists, and data from our active databases.
